These Terms of Service govern your use of the app provided by DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify account and be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Deeplumen Agentic Page. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for your internal business purposes on your Shopify store. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the app or its services.
• Use the app for illegal, infringing, or unauthorized activities.

App Functionality

The app provides AI-powered page health diagnostics, and AI-friendly page generation to improve visibility in AI search environments. We do not guarantee specific traffic levels, rankings, or commercial results.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
• Ensuring all content used with the app complies with applicable laws and Shopify policies.
• Complying with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Fees and Payment

If the app is offered under a paid subscription or pricing model in the future, all fees will be clearly displayed within the app or on the Shopify App Store. You agree to pay all applicable charges in accordance with the stated terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEPLUMEN PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the app in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app immediately for violation of these terms, Shopify policies, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
